This Shipping Policy governs the shipping and delivery of our products through our Website (Desktop website, Browser Add-on, and Mobile website).
1. Shipment Processing & Timelines
We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless shopping experience:
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Within Bengaluru: 1 to 3 business days.
Rest of Karnataka & Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your packages within the specified timelines, external factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, public holidays, or courier transit disruptions) may occasionally cause delays.
2. Shipping Charges
To ensure the best value for our customers, we are happy to offer complimentary shipping across our platform:
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed through our Website/Application. There is no minimum cart value or hidden fee required to qualify for free delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order
We believe in keeping you fully informed about your shipment's journey:
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to your registered contact details.
This communication will include a unique Tracking ID / Air Waybill (AWB) number and a link to the courier partner's portal, enabling you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
4. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package to your specified address:
Delivery Attempts: Typically, a maximum of 2 to 3 attempts will be made. If you are unavailable, the courier will generally contact you via phone or SMS.
Incorrect Address: We request that you double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Yuvin Enterprises cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.
Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our team will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order if the initial delivery failed due to customer error.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We treat your products as valuable assets and package them securely using industry-standard materials to prevent transit damage:
Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or broken at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and take a photograph for verification. Alternately, ensure you record an unboxing video if you notice damages after opening.
Reporting an Issue: Kindly report any transit damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing yuvinenterprises@gmail.com with your Order ID and photographic/video proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our terms.
